4名の女性陶芸家によるグループ展「BLOOM（咲く）」。器を中心とした個性溢れる作品が水犀に揃いました。

内側から押された力で、今にもはち切れそうなまあるい形に惹かれます。それは、長い経過を経て養分をたっぷり蓄えた静謐な蕾のようです。
厚川文子

インド更紗の様に、地が花や鳥獣で埋め尽くされ、命が充ち満ちた感じに憧れます。私から出るモノはまた違って見えると思いますが、そんな気持ちで描いています。
川上真子

花のつぼみのやわらかいふくらみや花びらの重なりが好きで、そこからイメージをして花器や一輪挿しを作っています。今回は少しだけ咲いたカタチ、あじさいをイメージしている豆皿やお花のように見えるいつも使って頂けるお皿を作りました。
松平彩子

四季の移ろいに敏感でありたい。日常の中で出会った美しいことや心が揺れたことを、自分自身のフィルターを通して大切にカタチにする。ものづくりをはじめた頃からずっとある想いです。-Bloom-初夏の空気に想いを寄せて。

The group exhibition “BLOOM” by four female ceramists.We have a collection of unique dishes at mizusai.

I’m drawn to the wobbly shape that looks like it’s about to tear off with the force pushed from within. It is like a tranquil bud that has accumulated a lot of nutrients after a long period of time.
ATSUKAWA Fumiko

I long for the feeling that the ground is filled with flowers, birds and animals, like Indian chintz, and that it is full of life. The things that come out of me may look different, but that is how I feel when I draw them.
KAWAKAMI Mako

I like the soft swelling of the flower buds and the overlapping of the petals, and I make vases and single-flower vases based on this image. This time, I made bean dishes that look like hydrangeas and flowery dishes that can be used all the time.
MATSUDAIRA Ayako

I want to be sensitive to the changing of the seasons. I want to take the beautiful things I encounter in my daily life and the things that move me and form them into something precious through my own filter. This is an idea that has been with me since I started making things. -Bloom: My thoughts are drawn to the air of early summer.

2012 Graduated from Ishikawa Kutani Ceramic Art Institute　Studied under Choza Yamamoto in the same year.
2016 Independent. Produces painted porcelain with a focus on dyeing.

1981 Born in Osaka, Japan
2004 Graduated from Kyoto University of Art and Design, Ceramics Course
