Based in Akita, glass artist TANAKA Saki continues to explore her creative practice. Her works embody a quiet tension, born from an ongoing inquiry into the nature of beauty. Using the technique of glassblowing, she carefully pursues organic forms and textures shaped by fire and molten glass. Through this process, her pieces reveal a serene presence—an attempt to reach the essence of beauty that lies beneath the transparency of the material.
