藤岡貢 FUJIOKA Mitsugu / 角プレート FM 7-2 plate

信楽の粗い陶土に銀彩の施された角皿。本焼きで膨張した珪長石が泥にひび割れを呼んだ素地に銀彩を施しています。陶土を焼く事で作ったテクスチュアを陶版に重ね、鈍く光銀彩で表しています。
銀彩部分は経年変化により銀から茶、黒へと変色していきます。現在の状況を保ちたい方は、酸化を防ぐために使わない時は紙などで包み、酸化した際は消しゴムやメラミンスポンジなどのでお手入れをお勧めします。金属磨きでのお手入れは風合いが損なわれてしまいますのでお避けください。
A square dish with silver coloring on the coarse Shigaraki clay. This dish is silvered on the clay, which has cracked due to the expansion of silica feldspar during the firing process. The texture created by firing the clay is overlaid on the ceramic plate and expressed in dull silver. The silver color will change from silver to brown to black over time. If you want to keep the current condition, we recommend cleaning with an eraser or melamine sponge, but please avoid using metal polish as it will damage the texture.
