堀 貴春 HORI Takaharu / HTH-3白蟲・カップ　カマキリ

カップの口元は丸ですが、本体は上から見ると三角形になっており、カマキリの持つシャープなイメージを表現したカップです。鋭く下に伸び、しなやかで攻撃性のある凹凸を表現した持ち手です。
作品は全て鋳込み技法で制作しています。土で原型を作り、パーツごとに石膏で型取りし石膏型を作り、磁器の泥漿を流し込みパーツを作ります。パーツを組み立て、釉薬をかけて焼成してます。
※作品の発送は9月7日以降となります。
The mouth of the cup is round, but the body of the cup is triangular when viewed from above, expressing the sharp image of the praying mantis. The handle extends sharply downward, expressing a supple and aggressive concavity.
All of his works are created using the casting technique. A mold is made of clay, each part is molded in plaster, a plaster mold is made, and porcelain slip is poured into the mold to make each part. The parts are assembled, glazed, and fired.
