明主 航 MYOSYU Wataru / MW 1 匣

本体と蓋のディテールの差が面白い作品です。型に粘土を詰める時のリズムが感じられます。柔らかな土色も魅力的です。
ローマ時代の漆喰の箱の写しから、この匣のシリーズの制作が始まりました。土やガラス質の素材、時には藁なども入れ毎回粘土を作ってから制作をしているため全く同じ質感の作品はありません。
※多少のがたつきがございます。技法の関係で使い始め砂の粒などが少し落ちます。ご了承の上ご購入をお願いします。
作品の発送は会期終了後の7月5日以降となります。
The difference in detail between the body and the lid is interesting in this work. You can feel the rhythm of filling the clay into the mold. The soft clay color is also attractive.
The production of this series of sacks began with a copy of a Roman plaster box. Since I make each piece from clay, glassy materials, and sometimes straw, no two pieces have exactly the same texture.
*There is a little bit of rattling. Due to the technique, some grains of sand will fall off at the beginning of use. Please be aware of this before purchasing.
*Works will be shipped after the exhibition ends on July 5.
