信楽で作陶している藤岡貢さんの銀彩の作品が中心の個展です。いろんな質感の金属彩の美しさと、丁寧に作られた端正な形が魅力です。釉薬や泥の施し方を日々探究し独自のテクスチャーを作り出しています。仕上げの金属彩は納得がいくまで、塗っては焼いてを４〜5回繰り返しています。手間と時間をたっぷりとかけることで生まれた美しいうつわです。 そして銀彩は酸化し経年変化してくことが魅力のひとつです。生活の中でその変化をお楽しみいただけたらと思います。


陶土と磁土でつくり
金属をほどこし焼き重ね、
かたちをあらわす。

焼き物と金属との風あいを絶好のタイミングに焼きつけたいと思っています。
幾度か焼きつけられた銀は時間とともに少しづつ燻し銀へと輝きを変化させていきます。
経年変化も作品として楽しんでいただけるようにと思っています。

This is a solo exhibition of Mr. Mitsugu Fujioka, a potter in Shigaraki, featuring his silver painted works. The beauty of various textures of metal coloring and carefully crafted neat shapes are appealing. He is constantly exploring how to apply glaze and mud to create unique textures. The metallic finish is applied and fired four to five times until he is satisfied with the results. The beautiful vessels are the result of the time and effort spent on them. One of the charms of the silverware is that it oxidizes and changes over time. We hope you will enjoy the change in your daily life.

Made of ceramic and porcelain clay
and fired over and over with metal
and then fired over and over to reveal the shape.

I want to create the perfect timing for the combination of pottery and metal.
The silver that has been fired several times changes its luster to smoked silver little by little over time.
I hope that the aging process can also be enjoyed as a work of art.

舞洲陶芸館（大阪）に研修生として入館、以降三年間勤務

2015 秀明文化基金賞 受賞
現在、滋賀県信楽町にて制作
