佐藤尚理 SATO Naomichi Profile


1974年　長野に生れる
1996年　沖縄へ移住。沖縄県立芸術大学美術学部彫刻科卒業。
2000年　彫刻家として活動を始める。
2008年　ドイツミュンヘン美術大学に研究生として留学。
スペイン巡礼の徒歩旅行などドイツを拠点にヨーロッパを巡る。
2009年　帰国後陶芸をはじめる。
2012年　器bonohoオープン。
2013年　個展やグループ展・イベントなどで作品の発表をはじめる。

1974　Born in Nagano, Japan.
1996　Moved to Okinawa and graduated from the Department of Sculpture, Okinawa Prefectural University of Arts.
2000　Began working as a sculptor.
2008　Studied as a research student at the Academy of Fine Arts Munich, Germany. Traveled throughout Europe based in Germany, including a pilgrimage on foot along the Camino de Santiago in Spain.
2009　Returned to Japan and began working in ceramics.
2012　Opened utsuwa bonoho, a gallery and café in Okinawa.
2013–　Began presenting his work through solo and group exhibitions, events, and other projects.
