表面全体には、花や葉をモチーフにした植物模様が描かれています。
青や黄色を基調とした植物模様の間には、細かな線や記号を思わせる文様が施され、佐藤さんならではの表情を生み出しています。口縁や内側にはあえて手跡を残すことで、描き込まれた装飾の中にも土の質感や手仕事の温かみが感じられます。
壺としてはもちろん、花器としてもご使用いただけます。
※作品の発送は、企画展終了後の9月30日以降となります。

The entire surface is decorated with botanical motifs inspired by flowers and leaves.
Between the blue- and yellow-based botanical patterns are fine lines and motifs reminiscent of symbols, creating an expression uniquely characteristic of Sato’s work. The rim and interior are intentionally left with visible marks from the making process, allowing the texture of the clay and the warmth of the handmade process to be appreciated alongside the detailed decoration.
The piece can be used as a vessel or as a flower vase.
