夜空に光る星をイメージした模様の作品です。アーチのような天蓋に、星の光が浮かんでいます。同じサイズの長方形の小さな紙片を、百数十枚ほどつなぎ合わせています。紺色の滲みの濃淡が、モザイク画のように感じられます。
The pattern of this piece is based on the image of stars shining in the night sky. Starlight floats in an arch-like canopy. About a hundred or so small rectangular pieces of paper of the same size are joined together. The shades of dark blue blotches give the impression of a mosaic.
