宮内知子 MIYAUCHI Tomoko / 木殻器 MT45 object

樹種：ケヤキ　神代カツラ
かすれたような漆のテクスチャが特徴的な木の器です。木を接ぎ合せて木工旋盤、ノミ、カンナで成形し、生漆＋地の粉で模様を描いています。ウレタンを浸みこませて、蜜蝋、荏胡麻油を塗布しています。耐水性はありますが、水は入れられません。植物を活ける際は落としなどをお使いください。

Tree species: zelkova, Jindai katsura
This is a wooden bowl with a characteristic faded lacquer texture. The wood is glued together and shaped with a wood lathe, chisel, and canner, and the pattern is drawn with lacquer and clay. It is soaked in polyurethane and coated with beeswax and egoma oil. It is water-resistant, but cannot hold water. Please use a drop when arranging plants.
