板状にした白磁をクルクルと巻いて形作った植木鉢。シンプルな形。釉薬をかけて生まれた梅花皮と磁器土から生まれたテクスチャーの組み合わせ。土を知り尽くした日置さんならではの作品。
A flowerpot made of white porcelain rolled up into a board. A simple shape. The combination of the plum bark created by glazing and the texture created by the porcelain clay. This is a work that only Mr. Hioki, who knows so much about clay, can create.
