この作品のイメージは、子供の頃池に落ち死を感じた記憶や、父親と出かけた岡で見たアリ地獄が自分の中で繋がり命について考えることで生まれたそうです。まず型となるサヤを土で作り、そこに土や釉薬の材料を粉のまま入れて焼成しています。こちらは壁掛けの作品となります。

The image of this work was born from his memories of falling into a pond as a child and feeling death, and the ant hell he saw in Oka when he went out with his father, which connected with him and made him think about life. The first step is to make a saya, a mold, out of clay, and then put the clay and glaze materials into it in powder form and fire it. This is a wall hanging piece.
