全体に表石のような縦筋の紋様を入れた美しいシルエット土瓶です。たっぷりとお湯が入るサイズです。取手はあけびの蔓で作っています。作家自ら掘った土を使い、灯油窯を使い焼成の最後に薪を入れて焼き上げています。
br>This is a beautiful silhouette earthenware bottle with a vertical stripe pattern like an hiyouseki (surface stone) all over. It is large enough to hold plenty of hot water. The handle is made of akebi vine. The clay is dug by the artist himself and fired in a kerosene kiln, with firewood added at the end of firing.
