制作途中で化粧土を施した時に、子どもたちと花火をして時の煙に似ていると思い、火のモチーフを描いたそうです。壺らしいフォルムで、迫力がある作品です。

When he applied white slip decoration during the production process, he thought it resembled the smoke from fireworks with children, so he painted a fire motif on it. The pot-like form of this work is powerful.
