京都府和知の山に囲まれた集落にアトリエを構えるuun。uunは屋号です。 猟師の方達からから分けてもらう鹿の皮、森の落ち葉や枝、転石などを使用した作品からは自然との繋がりを強く感じます。
森から賜った素材を丁寧に感謝を込めて制作した作品から生まれ出る存在感と空気感をぜひ水犀で感じでください。 「punctuation / 句読点」と名付けた個展。どこに句読点を置くかで文章のニュアンスが変化するのと同じように、uunの作品を生活の中に句読点のように置いてその変化をお楽しみいただけたら最高です。

今回はオブジェ作品を中心に、絵に見立てた壁掛け、スツールなどの作品が水犀に並びます。

豊かで厳しい森の中、肌に刻まれた痕跡。

uun solo exhibition “punctuation”

Some of the exhibited works will be available for sale on the web from 18:00 on July 27.

uun has a studio in a village surrounded by mountains in Wachi, Kyoto. uun is a trade name. Using deer skins from hunters, fallen leaves and branches from the forest, boulders, and other materials, the artist’s works strongly express the connection with nature.
Please come to MIzusai to feel the presence and atmosphere that comes out from his works, which are made with materials gifted from the forest with care and gratitude.
This solo exhibition is titled “punctuation. Just as the nuance of a sentence changes depending on where you place a punctuation mark, it would be great if you could place uun’s works like punctuation marks in your life and enjoy the changes.

This time, the exhibition will include mainly objet d’art, wall hangings that look like paintings, stools, and other works at Mizusai.
