■Delivery
We will send your package via EMS.
We will inform you of the postage costs after you have decided on your purchase.

■Payment
Payment by credit card or PayPal is possible.

Payment includes postage costs and a packing fee（500 yen）in addition to the cost of your purchase.

*International shipping costs are tax exempt.
*An import duty may be imposed on items and customers are required to pay the duty. We will request an additional payment to cover any extra fees incurred.

■Returns
Please contact us via email within 3 days of delivery if there are damaged items or incorrectly shipped items.

Please take a photo of the item and attach it to your email to show us the condition of the item, for example, if there is any damage. This is necessary for insurance purposes. Any claim for damages could be rejected without the attachment of a photo.

Please return the product Cash On Delivery, via UPS, EMS or courier service after packing the product in its original condition.

We will undertake the process of issuing a full refund after reviewing your return request email.
Due to the billing cycles of credit card companies and PayPal, your refund could be issued in the next billing cycle after you have been charged the whole payment.

*We cannot accept any refund requests except in cases in which products are damaged or shipped in error. We cannot accept refund requests for used products.

*Please be aware that most of the items on our website are one-off designs, because they are the original artworks by the artists. Therefore, we are unable to exchange the product you have chosen for another, unless in the rare case that the item has been replicated by the artist.

■Cancellation
Cancellation requests cannot to be accepted.
