橋本リサ HASHIMOTO Liisa / HL-32 Balance Object #2

公園の遊具などから発想した作品。真っ直ぐに伸びた部分がバランスをとりながら揺れます。真鍮と500円玉の素材である洋白を使用し、手作業で糸鋸を使って切り、金槌で表面を叩いて凹凸をつけ、バーナーでロー付けしています。全体にアンティーク染めを施しています。白い台座付です。

This work was inspired by playground equipment in a park. The straight part of the piece swings as it balances. It is made of brass and nickel silver, the material used to make 500 yen coins. It is cut by hand with a thread saw, the surface is beaten unevenly with a hammer, and brazed with a burner. The entire piece is antique dyed. It comes with a white base.
