樹脂顔料を素材として作品にした初期作品。
平織りの綿生地に寒色系の染料を染み込ませ、繊維に色付けしてから八角形にカットし、
樹脂顔料で何層にも染めては削り取りを繰り返しながら重ね染めし、400-600度の熱で固着させた作品です。
深みのある色味と彫りを入れたディテールで上品な仕上がりです。
裏面の青とのコントラストも魅力です。ピンなどで壁に留めて飾ったり、額装しても素敵です。ご了承ください。
This is an early work using resin pigment as a material. Cold-toned, dyes are soaked into plain-weave cotton fabric and colored on the fibers, which are then cut into octagons, dyed in layers with resin pigments and repeatedly scraped off, and then dyed over and over again, and the work is fixed with heat at 400-600 degrees. The deep colors and carved details give it an elegant finish. The contrast with the blue of the reverse side is also attractive. It is also great for hanging on the wall with pins or framing.
