盃の文字の由来が半月からきていることから生まれた形、自分なりに造形したもので土型を作り、その型を写し取ることで作品を生み出しています。うつわとしてお使いいただけます。ご使用の際は、盛り付け前に器をさっと水にくぐらせていただくことをおすすめいたします。
※作品の発送は企画展終了後の9月11日以降の発送となります。
The form of this piece is inspired by the origin of the character for “sakazuki” (cup), which comes from a crescent moon. The artist reshaped it according to their own vision, created a clay mold, and then took an impression from that mold to produce the work.
It can be used as a vessel. Before serving food, we recommend briefly rinsing the piece with water.
※The piece will be shipped after the exhibition ends, from September 11 onward.
