A vessel created by layering cut pieces of laminated plywood. The exposed edges and stacked layers create a distinctive texture and visual depth. Featuring plaster inlays inspired by the mountains of Oita Prefecture, the artist’s hometown, this is a beautifully scaled and striking work.
