市橋 美佳 ICHIHASHI Mika / IM-25-a-4i 端園（ハナゾノ）

今展の制作の場を庭と見立てたことから「端園（ハナゾノ）」と題された花器です。石膏を削って作った原型を型とし、薄く板状に伸ばした粘土をかぶせて形を構築しています。構造的でありながらも全体としてやわらかな印象を与えます。釉薬は厚く施され、焼成によって陰影や質感が表れ、表情豊かな仕上がりとなっています。花をいける器としての機能性と、造形作品としての存在感を兼ね備えた作品です。
This flower vessel, titled "Hanazono (Edge Garden)," is named after the idea of viewing the creative space of this exhibition as a garden. Its form is built by draping thin, slab-like clay over a mold made from a plaster-carved prototype. While structurally composed, the overall impression is soft and gentle. The glaze is applied thickly, and through the firing process, subtle shadows and textures emerge, resulting in a richly expressive surface. The piece combines the functionality of a flower vessel with the strong presence of a sculptural work.
