大きな筒型の面取り茶碗。茶碗の形式でありながら、花器にも通じるスケール感を持った作品です。
AIで生成したキャラクター「HAL」から陶器用の転写シールを制作し、上絵として大胆に施しています。面取りによる造形やゆるやかな歪み、高台の力強い作りも魅力です。日本の伝統的な陶への敬意を込めながら、HALという現代的なモチーフを重ねた作品です。
ドライでエイジングされたような質感も見どころです。

Though shaped as a tea bowl, it has a scale closer to that of a flower vessel.
Custom ceramic decals based on the AI-generated character HAL are applied as overglaze decoration. The faceted form, subtle distortions, and strong foot ring give the piece a distinctive presence. The work combines the contemporary motif of HAL with a deep respect for traditional Japanese ceramics. Its dry, weathered surface adds to its unique character.
