ふたつに割った果実のようなかたちと、波打つ断面が水面の揺らぎを思わせる作品。丸い底は静かな揺れを生み出し、木と水、かたちと動きがひとつに溶けあう「あはひ」の気配をたたえています。
無塗装の木肌に浮かぶ豊かな木目と、漂うやさしい香りが、五感を通じて自然の気配を感じさます。
The piece, with a shape reminiscent of a fruit split in two and a wavy cross-section, evokes the gentle ripples of a water surface. The round bottom creates a subtle movement, blending wood and water, form and motion, in a harmonious "ahahi" presence. The rich wood grain that appears on the unpainted surface, along with its subtle fragrance, engages the senses and evokes the presence of nature.
