李正鏞 Lee Jeong Yong / LJY-2 Silver and White porcelain Jar

登窯で焼成した白磁に銀彩を施した作品です。
シャープでありながら温かみを感じさせるフォルムと、柔らかな光を放つ銀彩が美しく調和しています。
銀彩は時間の経過とともに酸化し、少しずつ表情を変えていきます。移ろいゆく風合いも、この作品ならではの魅力としてお楽しみください。※本作品は展覧会終了後、8月5日以降の発送となります。ご了承ください。

This white porcelain vessel was wood-fired in a traditional climbing kiln and finished with silver decoration.
Its sharp yet warm form is beautifully complemented by the soft, luminous quality of the silver surface.
Over time, the silver will naturally oxidize, gradually changing its color and character. We hope you will enjoy this gentle transformation as part of the work itself.
