四海 大 SHIKAI Dai / SD-17 壺

手捻りで成形し、白化粧を施した上に透明釉を掛け、穴窯で焼成した大壺。自ら掘った土を使用しています。土、化粧土、釉薬、それぞれの表情が重なり合った、美しい景色が魅力の作品です。
※こちらの作品の発送は会期終了後8月18日（火）以降となります。

A large jar formed by hand, coated with white slip and a transparent glaze, then fired in an anagama kiln. The clay was dug by the artist himself. The clay, slip, and glaze each reveal their own distinct qualities, coming together to create a beautifully varied surface.
*This work will be shipped on or after Tuesday, August 18, following the end of the exhibition.
