カエデ材を用いて制作した吹き寄せ皿です。
水面や砂地に風が吹き寄せ、ゆるやかな起伏を描く情景をイメージしています。浅い窪みから深い窪みへと風が流れ、自然にふくらみが生まれていくような動きを、有機的なフォルムで表現しました。
カエデならではの明るくなめらかな木肌が、静かで豊かな表情を生み出しています。

This Fukiyose plate is crafted from maple.
Its form is inspired by the gentle patterns created as wind sweeps across the surface of water or sand. Flowing from shallow depressions into deeper ones, the organic contours express the movement of wind gathering and shaping soft undulations.
The maple's naturally pale, silky-smooth grain lends the piece a quiet elegance and a rich, understated beauty.
